How It Works
All customers you select to participate are pre-validated by telephone. Once they agree to participate, the first phase of the InfoQuest Business Process Review is the assembly and delivery of our proprietary ConSensor® Survey Device to each customer.
InfoQuest and ConSensor® uses a library of over 200 customer opinion cards dealing with such business related subject areas as:

A deck of 36-50 cards, containing a combination of questions and statements, is custom assembled, placed inside a ConSensor® box, and mailed to your key customers. The customer reads each card, then places it into one of five compartments alternately labeled Totally Satisfied to Totally Dissatisfied, or, Totally Agree to Totally Disagree.
Each ConSensor® box also contains a form allowing customers to provide additional written comments. When the customer is finished, the box , which is supplied with postage pre-paid mailing material, is returned to us for processing. Most customers need less than 15 minutes to complete the survey.
