Establishing accountability is the key role we provide as your profit coach. When project champions are not monitored, delays occur. Our regularly scheduled, face to face interaction with each person, is an important stimulus for effectively meeting agreed upon due dates. As an outside resource, we furnish the discipline which is more resilient than many internal forces present in your company.

We install a structure to channel ideas from creation to implementation by defining issues and overcoming obstacles. Activities are continually tracked and monitored in project management software. We generate reports for each participant and decision maker. The champion, task, priority, due date, and percentage completed is recorded, so you have knowledge of each profit project's status at all times.
