How does the trial work?

Create your account, connect your Shopify store, and approve the subscription to activate your 14-day trial. Follow the installation steps and check a known purchase through collection and network delivery. Reinstalling does not restart an already-used trial.

Are prices per store?

Yes. Prices are in US dollars and apply per store. Shopify subscriptions use a 30-day billing cycle. Prices exclude applicable taxes. Usage counts stored orders in the cycle, not only ad-attributed purchases or API events; refunded and cancelled orders still count toward the order allowance.

What happens if my order volume grows?

An active, paying subscription continues collecting data and forwarding eligible events above the order allowance. Reports stay available during that cycle. If a complete cycle covered by the subscription ends over the allowance, dashboard reports, exports and developer API reads can be restricted in the next cycle. Choose a plan that covers your order volume to restore access. There is no automatic per-order overage fee or paid upgrade. If you process more than 7,500 monthly orders, contact support@weprofit.com for a custom plan.

How do I cancel?

Uninstall WeProfit from your Shopify admin to end the Shopify app subscription. Cancelled or inactive subscriptions do not retain active tracking. Changing plans or reinstalling does not restart the trial. See the service terms for billing conditions.

Can I use these plans with WooCommerce?

The WooCommerce integration is in beta. Review the WooCommerce integration and contact the team to confirm access, activation, and billing terms for your store. The Shopify subscription flow described here does not establish WooCommerce billing terms.

Are network connections identical?

All ten destinations are included, with different setup and event requirements. Microsoft conversion forwarding requires pilot enablement. Automated spend synchronization currently supports Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Pinterest. Compare integration capabilities.
