ELEVAR VS WEPROFIT

Elevar pricing compared with WeProfit for Shopify server-side tracking

Elevar sells server-side tracking for Shopify and Shopify Plus stores, with API framework access for other commerce platforms on its Premium and Elite plans. WeProfit is conversion tracking for Shopify that sends store data to 10 ad networks and includes attribution and profit reports. Both price by monthly orders in US dollars, so this page sets Elevar pricing next to WeProfit’s plans, as each company published them on October 28, 2026.

Elevar and WeProfit at a glance

Both tools send Shopify purchases from a server to ad networks. They differ in how they price that job and in what a plan includes. Elevar’s plans combine a monthly fee, an order allowance, a fee for each extra order and a limit on destinations, which can include email, SMS, affiliate and analytics tools. WeProfit prices each store by its monthly orders, with all 10 ad networks, attribution and profit reports in every plan.

Elevar’s features and tools are now part of Audiense Online, and getelevar.com redirects to audiense.com, where Elevar’s pricing page sits.

When Elevar may suit you better

Based on what Elevar’s own pages list, it may suit you better if:

  • You want a free plan. Elevar’s Base plan is $0 per month for up to 100 orders, then $0.75 per extra order, and Elevar describes it as designed for stores with low volume needs. Up to 125 orders a month it stays below $19: 25 extra orders × $0.75 = $18.75. WeProfit has no free plan: its four plans start at $19 per month per store.
  • You want a longer trial. Elevar lists a 15-day free trial on Core, Advanced and Premium; WeProfit’s trial is 14 days.
  • You send data to email, SMS, affiliate, BI or other analytics tools. Elevar lists destinations such as Klaviyo, Attentive and Postscript, AWIN and Impact, Hotjar and Mixpanel, and BigQuery; email, SMS, affiliate and BI destinations start on Advanced. WeProfit’s destinations are its 10 ad networks, with Google Analytics 4 as one of Google’s two connections; it lists no email, SMS, affiliate or BI destinations.
  • You advertise on networks outside WeProfit’s 10, such as AppLovin, Outbrain, Spotify or MNTN. They are among the 20 advertising destinations on Elevar’s pricing page.
  • Your store is not on Shopify. Elevar’s Premium and Elite plans list an API framework for other commerce platforms, naming Magento / Adobe, WooCommerce and Salesforce Commerce Cloud. WeProfit is publicly available for Shopify, and its WooCommerce integration is in beta.
  • Your storefront is headless. Elevar’s docs cover headless Shopify stores, where the merchant’s development team implements the shopper interactions, and its pricing page lists a headless expert installation at $4,500 one-time. WeProfit’s Shopify setup relies on its theme app embed: without it, orders still arrive and are sent, but storefront events and most attribution are missing.
  • You run several stores and want them on one plan. Elevar lists multi-storefront, several stores or storefronts under one plan, on Premium and Elite. WeProfit prices each store separately.
  • You want ad platforms to receive profit values, or events enriched with predicted lifetime value. Elevar lists profit optimization on Advanced and above, and predicted lifetime value with a comeback score (beta) on Premium and Elite. WeProfit does not include lifetime value (LTV) reports.
  • You want paid help with setup or tagging. Elevar’s pricing page lists expert installation at $1,000 one-time on Core and above, and analyst services as a monthly add-on: Tier 1 at $500 on Advanced and above, Tier 2 at $1,000 on Premium and Elite.

When WeProfit may suit you better

Based on the same published terms, WeProfit may suit you better if:

  • You send to three or more ad networks. Every WeProfit plan includes all 10 ad networks, and at 300 orders a month WeProfit Starter is $19 per month per store. Elevar’s Base and Core plans allow up to 2 destinations, advertising or analytics, so three destinations start on Advanced at $650 per month. Both prices are before taxes, as published on October 28, 2026.
  • You want a fixed price for each order band. WeProfit charges no per-order overage fee; if a complete covered cycle ends over the allowance, reports, exports and developer API reads can be restricted until you choose a plan that covers your volume. Elevar charges a fee for each order above a plan’s allowance, from $0.75 on Base to $0.04 on Elite.
  • You want profit, ROAS and POAS reports by channel and campaign next to attribution, in every plan. WeProfit reports profit before ad spend per order, and net profit, ROAS and POAS by channel and campaign, with spend synced from connected Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and Pinterest ad accounts or added by hand for any network. Elevar’s pricing page lists profit optimization, which sends profit-aware signals to destinations for campaign optimization and reporting, on Advanced ($650 per month) and above.
  • You want every feature in every plan. WeProfit’s plans differ only by monthly order allowance. Elevar adds features by plan: more destination types, profit optimization and custom events from Advanced, and multi-storefront, Shopify Markets, the API framework and predicted lifetime value from Premium. Some of them, such as predicted lifetime value and several stores on one plan, are not part of WeProfit.

What WeProfit does and does not do

WeProfit receives each order through Shopify order webhooks, or the WooCommerce plugin (beta), and sends supported conversion events to each connected destination from its own servers. On Shopify it connects through a web pixel, a theme app embed that loads its storefront script, and the order webhooks.

You can inspect events and orders as they arrive, and each network’s delivery log shows the status of each event sent, with errors when a send fails. Each order’s link to a visit carries a confidence label (exact, strong, inferred or none), and orders are credited like last click with a 30-day ad-click lookback: an ad click counts for 30 days, the same window for every network, and the most recent ad click wins.

WeProfit calculates net profit as revenue minus refunds, taxes, product costs, payment fees, shipping, and ad spend. Taxes are the sales tax or VAT your customers paid, minus any refunded part. Product costs come from Shopify’s Cost per item, costs you enter, or a default percentage for products without one. Spend from connected Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and Pinterest ad accounts syncs every hour, and spend for any network can also be added by hand, as a daily schedule or through the developer API. Every plan also includes the developer API and an AI assistant connection that lets an MCP-compatible assistant read your permitted store data, read-only.

What WeProfit does not do:

  • No selectable multi-touch models, no split credit and no view-through credit: each order counts once, in one channel and at most one campaign.
  • No email, SMS, affiliate or BI destinations: WeProfit sends conversions to ad networks.
  • Not a full accounting system: profit covers order costs and ad spend, not rent, salaries, software subscriptions, income taxes or other overhead.
  • Spend, ROAS, POAS and profit after ads stop at campaign level, not ad sets or ads.
  • No lifetime value (LTV) reports.
  • Microsoft delivery is a pilot that requires enablement, and Taboola forwarding depends on a captured Taboola click ID. On Shopify, Pinterest and Snapchat receive purchases and checkout events.
  • No free plan or annual plan, and no published price above 7,500 orders a month: for more, contact support@weprofit.com for a custom plan.
  • Orders placed before you installed WeProfit count in its reports once imported, but they are never sent to ad networks.
  • No promise of complete tracking, matching totals across ad platforms or a particular advertising return.

Elevar pricing next to WeProfit pricing

Both companies price by monthly orders in US dollars. Elevar shows its prices per month; its Shopify App Store listing says all charges are billed in USD, with recurring and usage-based charges billed every 30 days, and its terms say fees exclude taxes, including VAT. WeProfit’s prices apply per store, are billed through Shopify every 30 days and exclude applicable taxes.

Above the allowance, Elevar’s tracking keeps working and each extra order is charged at the plan’s per-order fee, billed per order, not in bulk. On Advanced and above, each destination beyond the plan’s limit costs $125 per month. WeProfit has no per-order overage fee: an active, paying subscription keeps collecting data and forwarding eligible events above the allowance, and if a complete covered cycle ends over it, dashboard reports, exports and developer API reads can be restricted in the next cycle until you choose a plan that covers your order volume.

Elite appears on Elevar’s pricing page only; the Shopify listing shows Base to Premium and says to contact Elevar for higher volume pricing. Above 7,500 orders a month, contact support@weprofit.com for a custom WeProfit plan; no price is published for it. WeProfit counts stored orders in the cycle, not only ad-attributed purchases or API events: refunded orders count toward the allowance, cancelled orders do not.

Monthly cost for one store at a few order volumes

Each figure is for one store, in US dollars per month, before taxes and without add-ons, as published on October 28, 2026. An Elevar plan costs its monthly price plus each order above its allowance times its per-order fee; a WeProfit plan costs its band price. Elevar Premium is $1,250 at every volume in the table. At 1,000 orders a month Core costs less than Base, and at 3,000 and 7,500 orders Advanced costs less than Base or Core; Elevar’s pricing page describes Base as designed for stores with low volume needs.

Read the destinations with the price. Elevar’s Base and Core plans push data to up to 2 destinations, advertising or analytics only; Advanced allows 4 and Premium 10, of any type. Several pixels or accounts of one platform count as one destination, and Elevar lists Google Ads among its advertising destinations and Google Analytics 4 among its analytics destinations. Every WeProfit plan includes all 10 ad networks, with Google as one network that has two connections, Google Ads and Google Analytics 4.

For example, at 300 orders a month a store that sends server-side events to Meta, Google Ads and TikTok uses three Elevar destinations, so the lowest published Elevar plan for it is Advanced at $650. With two destinations, such as Meta and Google Ads, Elevar Base costs $150 at that volume. WeProfit Starter is $19, with all 10 ad networks.

Store platforms and destinations, as each lists them

The lists below are as each company publishes them; this page only reports what Elevar’s pages state, so ask Elevar about anything not listed here. Elevar’s pricing page and docs list every ad network that WeProfit covers, plus other advertising platforms and many destinations that are not ad networks. The practical difference is how many destinations, and which types, a plan may use at once.

Event support varies by WeProfit destination: having ten connections does not mean every event or identifier is sent to all ten networks. WeProfit’s delivery logs show the status of each event sent, with errors when a send fails.

Attribution and profit, as each describes them

Elevar’s docs describe first-touch and last-touch views in its Attribution Feed (beta) and say other attribution models such as data-driven are not included. WeProfit has no selectable multi-touch models; its attribution works like last click with a 30-day ad-click lookback, in every plan.

The profit features do different jobs. Elevar’s profit optimization sends profit values to ad and analytics destinations, which its docs say those platforms can use for bidding, optimization and reporting. WeProfit reports profit in its own dashboard, per order and by channel and campaign, with ad spend next to revenue.

Test a switch with one known order during the 14-day trial

You approve a Shopify subscription to start WeProfit’s 14-day free trial; after the trial, Shopify bills the plan every 30 days until you uninstall WeProfit, and each shop gets one trial. Use those 14 days to follow one order from your store to each ad network before you move your sending. Elevar can keep sending meanwhile: WeProfit sends to a network only after you connect that destination in WeProfit.

  1. Create your WeProfit account, enter your store address and select Connect Shopify. Approve the authorization, then approve the subscription to activate the trial.
  2. Select Open theme editor, enable the WeProfit app embed and select Save.
  3. Visit your storefront and add an item to the cart. On the Installation page, select Refresh and check for Connected, Web pixel installed: Yes and App embed: Active, then run Verify your installation.
  4. Review your orders, attribution and profit in WeProfit before you connect any ad network.
  5. Pick the first network to move and decide which tool sends its purchases, as described in the next section. Then connect and enable that destination in WeProfit.
  6. Place a Shopify test order or wait for a real order you can identify. Record its order ID, paid status, time, currency and total in Shopify.
  7. Find the order in WeProfit and inspect its linked session and confidence label. In that network’s delivery log, check the intended pixel or destination, the event ID, the delivery status and any error.
  8. In the ad network, check the conversion action, reporting date and attribution settings. A successful send does not mean every advertising platform will credit the same order to an ad.
  9. Repeat for the next network.
  • Orders placed before you installed WeProfit are imported once your plan is active: the whole history when Shopify grants WeProfit access to all orders, otherwise Shopify’s last 60 days. They count in revenue and profit and are never sent to ad networks.
  • Google Ads receives purchases from orders placed after the connection, uploaded about 6 hours after the ad click at the earliest, and usually shows the first purchases 24 to 48 hours after the first upload.
  • A Shopify test order counts like a real order: it is sent to every connected ad network and counts in reports and toward the order allowance. While both tools send to the same network, a test purchase can reach that network from both tools.

Avoid double purchase events while both tools run

Adding WeProfit adds a purchase sender for each network you connect. Two tools can submit the same purchase to the same destination, and the destination can then count the sale twice. Before you connect a destination in WeProfit, list every tool that sends purchases to it and keep one purchase sender per destination.

WeProfit sends each order’s purchase once to each destination, from its server, with an ID built from the order. On Shopify its app embed loads only the Meta pixels you connect in WeProfit, and Google’s tag only for the Google accounts you connect, so you can move one network at a time. Running two different pixels on purpose is fine, as long as each Pixel ID has one browser sender and one purchase sender.

About this comparison

Every Elevar fact on this page comes from Elevar’s own pages, checked on October 28, 2026: its pricing page, about page and terms on audiense.com, its docs on docs.getelevar.com and its listing on the Shopify App Store.
