HYROS VS WEPROFIT

Hyros and WeProfit compared: a Hyros alternative for Shopify stores

Hyros’s pricing page shows no price: it says the price is custom, follows the revenue Hyros tracks for you and is quoted on a set-up call. WeProfit publishes four plans by monthly orders per store, from $19 a month in US dollars before applicable taxes, with a 14-day free trial that starts when you approve a Shopify subscription; Shopify then bills the plan every 30 days until you uninstall WeProfit, and each shop gets one trial. If you are weighing WeProfit as a Hyros alternative, this page sets out what each company publishes about pricing, platforms, conversions sent to ad networks, attribution and profit, as checked on October 28, 2026.

Hyros and WeProfit at a glance

Hyros describes its product as tracking and AI optimization for ads. It presents set-ups by business model, SaaS and software, ecommerce, B2B calls and info or education, with a separate section for agencies, and its pricing FAQ says it is not an analytics tool but plugs into the analytics and reporting you already have.

WeProfit is conversion tracking software for ecommerce stores. It builds each Shopify purchase from Shopify’s order webhook, sends it from its own server to the ad networks you connect, and adds attribution and profit reports. Every plan includes every feature and all 10 ad networks; plans differ only by monthly orders per store.

Hyros is a trademark of its owner. WeProfit is not affiliated with Hyros. Prices and features are as published by Hyros on October 28, 2026. Check Hyros’s site for current details.

When Hyros may suit you better

Hyros’s own pages show where it may fit your business better than WeProfit:

  • Attribution models to switch between. Hyros’s performance reports offer First Click, Last Click, Scientific, Depreciation, Linear and U-Shaped models, and its docs describe Depreciation and Linear as multi-touch models, an attribution window you set and reports dated by the click. WeProfit has no selectable multi-touch models.
  • Call, lead and SaaS funnels. Hyros presents set-ups for SaaS and software, B2B calls with booked calls and closed deals, and info or education businesses next to ecommerce, and its docs list Call and Lead among the events it sends to ad platforms. WeProfit is publicly available for Shopify stores, with WooCommerce in beta.
  • Set-up help in the plan. Hyros’s plan card lists a full set-up team and an account AI analyst as included.
  • More store platforms. Hyros’s ecommerce setup guide lists Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and Squarespace, and its integrations page lists 70 integrations. WeProfit is publicly available for Shopify, and its WooCommerce plugin is in beta.
  • Ad costs from more networks. Hyros’s docs describe importing ad costs once a click from an ad is tracked, for Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat and LinkedIn. WeProfit syncs spend from connected Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and Pinterest ad accounts; for Snapchat and LinkedIn, automated spend sync is not currently supported, and spend for any network can be added by hand, as a daily schedule or through the developer API.
  • Lifetime value forecasts and audiences. Hyros’s docs describe lifetime value forecasts per source over 1, 3 and 6 months, and custom audiences synced daily to Facebook and Google. WeProfit does not include lifetime value reports or forecasting.

When WeProfit may suit you better as a Hyros alternative

Based on what each company publishes, WeProfit may suit you better if:

  • You want a published price list. WeProfit publishes four plans by monthly orders per store: $19, $39, $79 and $149 a month for up to 300, 1,000, 3,000 and 7,500 orders, in US dollars before applicable taxes.
  • You want the price to follow your order count rather than your revenue. WeProfit’s plan follows how many orders your store has in a month, whatever their value; refunded orders count toward the allowance, cancelled orders do not.
  • You need conversions sent to Pinterest, X Ads, Microsoft (pilot), LinkedIn or Taboola. They are among the 10 ad networks in every WeProfit plan; Taboola forwarding depends on a captured Taboola click ID, and Microsoft delivery requires pilot enablement. Hyros’s docs, answering which ad platforms it can send events back to, name Facebook, TikTok, Google and Snapchat, plus purchase events to Reddit.
  • You want no overage charge. WeProfit charges no per-order overage fee; if a complete covered cycle ends over the allowance, dashboard reports, exports and developer API reads can be restricted until you choose a plan that covers your volume. Hyros’s terms say you pay for any overage above the permitted use levels in your order.

What WeProfit does and does not do

WeProfit receives each order through Shopify order webhooks, or the WooCommerce plugin (beta), and sends supported conversion events to each connected destination from its own servers. All 10 ad networks are included in every plan: Meta, Google (Google Ads and Google Analytics 4), TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, X Ads, Microsoft (pilot), Reddit, LinkedIn and Taboola.

You can inspect events and orders as they arrive, and each network’s delivery log shows the status of each event sent. WeProfit calculates net profit as revenue minus refunds, taxes, product costs, payment fees, shipping, and ad spend, and every plan also includes the developer API and an AI assistant connection that lets an MCP-compatible assistant read your permitted store data, read-only.

What WeProfit does not do:

  • No selectable multi-touch models, no split credit and no view-through credit: each order counts once, in one channel and at most one campaign.
  • No lifetime value (LTV) reports and no forecasting.
  • No email or SMS destinations: WeProfit sends conversions to ad networks.
  • Not a full accounting system: profit covers order costs and ad spend, not rent, salaries, software subscriptions, income taxes or other overhead.
  • No spend at ad set or ad level: spend and profit after ads stop at campaign level.
  • No automated spend sync for Snapchat, X Ads, Microsoft (pilot), Reddit, LinkedIn or Taboola: add that spend by hand, as a daily schedule or through the developer API.
  • No free plan or annual plan, and no published price above 7,500 orders a month: for more, contact support@weprofit.com for a custom plan.
  • Orders placed before you installed WeProfit are never sent to ad networks, and Microsoft delivery is a pilot that requires enablement.
  • No guarantee of complete attribution, a particular advertising return or matching totals across ad platforms.

Hyros pricing next to WeProfit pricing

Hyros’s pricing page shows no price. It says Hyros sells one plan with everything included and no add-ons, and that your price is sized to what Hyros tracks for you, so it is quoted on a set-up call rather than in a table. The plan card shows “Quoted on your call” as the price, and the pricing FAQ says every plan includes the set-up team, an AI analyst, full tracking and a Claude MCP connection.

Hyros’s billing docs explain what the price follows. Each account is billed by its monthly tracked revenue, meaning revenue from sales attributed to any source, including refunded or deleted sales; revenue from sales not attributed to a source does not count, and the allowance resets on the first day of each month. Accounts are billed in revenue tiers: above a tier’s cap, the docs say you need to upgrade your subscription to keep receiving data, and data above the allowance stays tracked and becomes retrievable after an upgrade.

Hyros’s Shopify App Store listing shows the pricing label “Free” and gives no other price; the website pricing page above says the price is quoted on a call.

WeProfit lists four plans in US dollars, per store and per month: Starter $19 for up to 300 orders, Growth $39 for up to 1,000, Scale $79 for up to 3,000 and Pro $149 for up to 7,500. Prices exclude applicable taxes and are billed through Shopify every 30 days. WeProfit lists monthly prices only, with no annual plan.

WeProfit’s usage counts stored orders in the cycle, not only ad-attributed purchases; refunded orders count toward the allowance, cancelled orders do not. There is no automatic per-order overage fee: a paying subscription keeps collecting data and forwarding eligible events above the allowance, and reports stay available during that cycle. If a complete cycle covered by the subscription ends over the allowance, dashboard reports, exports and developer API reads can be restricted in the next cycle, until you choose a plan that covers your order volume.

Because Hyros publishes no price, its cost at a given order count or revenue cannot be worked out from its pages. At WeProfit the plan follows your monthly orders per store: up to 300 orders, Starter at $19; up to 1,000, Growth at $39; up to 3,000, Scale at $79; up to 7,500, Pro at $149. Two stores of up to 300 orders each are 2 × $19 = $38 per 30-day cycle. All amounts are in US dollars before applicable taxes.

Plan terms: billing, renewal, taxes and refunds

Hyros’s terms of service say that an order commits you to a fee amount, which can include one-time implementation fees, and to a payment schedule, paid in full or in monthly instalments. They add that you pay for any overage above the permitted use levels in your order, that the term is set in each order and renews for the same period unless you give notice at least 30 days before it ends, and that Hyros may amend pricing at the start of each new term.

Hyros’s terms also say refund requests must be made in writing within 90 days of the first charge, and that the service may be offered on a trial basis when an order specifies one. Its billing docs say Hyros does not change a plan without your permission and charges a prorated fee for an upgrade during a billing period.

WeProfit is billed through Shopify every 30 days, on your Shopify invoice. You end the subscription by uninstalling WeProfit from your Shopify admin; cancelled or inactive subscriptions do not retain active tracking, and changing plans or reinstalling does not restart the trial.

Store platforms and ad networks, as each lists them

Hyros announced a dedicated Shopify app on September 22, 2025, and says all Shopify plans are supported. Its docs connect a store by entering the myshopify.com address in Hyros and installing the Hyros app in Shopify, and its ecommerce setup guide lists Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and Squarespace. WeProfit is publicly available for Shopify, and its WooCommerce plugin is in beta.

On sending conversions, Hyros’s docs say it can send events back to Facebook, TikTok, Google and Snapchat, and purchase events to Reddit through an edit to the Reddit pixel code. The events it can send include Purchase, Call and Lead, plus Add to Cart for Shopify and Facebook only, and its docs list page view and initiate checkout among the events it currently cannot send. Each ad platform receives only the events attributed to that platform and ad account.

Its setup guides describe how each platform connects: server events through the Conversions API for Meta, an Events API access token for TikTok, a Conversion API event source for Snapchat, and Google conversion actions for Google Ads.

WeProfit sends conversions from its own servers to 10 ad networks: Meta, Google (Google Ads and Google Analytics 4), TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, X Ads, Microsoft (pilot), Reddit, LinkedIn and Taboola. Microsoft conversion delivery requires pilot enablement, and Taboola forwarding depends on a captured Taboola click ID. Having ten connections does not mean every event or identifier is sent to all ten networks: on Shopify, for example, Pinterest and Snapchat receive purchases and checkout events.

Attribution and profit, as each describes them

Hyros’s performance reports offer six attribution models: First Click, Last Click, Scientific, Depreciation, Linear and U-Shaped. Its docs describe Depreciation and Linear as multi-touch models, an attribution window you can set to None, so old clicks still count, or to a timeframe after which clicks stop counting, and reports dated by the click instead of the sale. For conversions sent back to ad platforms, its docs name Last Click as the default mode, with a Scientific mode as the other choice.

WeProfit attribution works like last click with a 30-day ad-click lookback. An ad click counts for 30 days, the same window for every network, and the most recent ad click wins. Each order counts once, in one channel and at most one campaign; there is no selectable model, no split credit and no view-through credit.

Each WeProfit order also shows how it was linked to a visit, labelled exact, strong, inferred or none. The labels describe matching evidence: stronger source evidence is different from a promise that an ad caused a sale.

On profit, Hyros’s metrics guide defines Profit as the difference between total revenue and cost, and Net Profit as the difference between total revenue and hard costs, with contribution profit and gross margins among its ecommerce metrics. Its docs say the Shopify integration sends shipping, taxes and cost of goods to Hyros as costs, that hard costs depend on the sales integration, and that custom costs can be added per product, or to sources outside the ad platforms by CSV or one at a time, as one-time or daily amounts.

WeProfit calculates net profit as revenue minus refunds, taxes, product costs, payment fees, shipping, and ad spend. Product costs are imported from Shopify’s cost per item or entered per product, per variant or by CSV, with a default percentage for products without a cost; payment fees and shipping are each set as one rule. Profit covers configured costs; it is not a full accounting system.

On ad spend, Hyros’s docs describe importing ad costs once a click from an ad is tracked, for Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat and LinkedIn. WeProfit syncs spend from connected Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and Pinterest ad accounts every hour and re-reads the last 3 days; spend for any network can also be added by hand, as a daily schedule, or through the developer API.

Test a switch with one known order during the 14-day trial

You approve a Shopify subscription to start WeProfit’s 14-day free trial; after the trial, Shopify bills the plan every 30 days until you uninstall WeProfit, and each shop gets one trial. Use those 14 days to follow one order from your store to each ad network before you move your sending. WeProfit sends to a network only after you connect that destination, so you can check orders, attribution and profit first and move one network at a time.

  1. Create your WeProfit account, enter your store address and select Connect Shopify. Approve the authorization, then approve the subscription to activate the trial.
  2. Select Open theme editor, enable the WeProfit app embed and select Save.
  3. Visit your storefront and add an item to the cart. On the Installation page, select Refresh and check for Connected, Web pixel installed: Yes and App embed: Active, then run Verify your installation.
  4. Review your orders, attribution and profit in WeProfit before you connect any ad network.
  5. Pick the first network to move and decide which tool sends its purchases, as described in the next section. Then connect and enable that destination in WeProfit.
  6. Place a permitted test purchase or wait for a real order you can identify. Record its order ID, paid status, time, currency and total in Shopify.
  7. Find the order in WeProfit and inspect its linked session and confidence label. In that network’s delivery log, check the intended pixel or destination, the event ID, the delivery status and any error.
  8. In the ad network, check the conversion action, reporting date and attribution settings. A successful send does not mean the network will credit the order to an ad.
  9. Repeat for the next network, and keep the results with the setup date so you can repeat the checks after theme, checkout or pixel changes.
  • Orders placed before you installed WeProfit are imported once your plan is active: the whole history when Shopify grants WeProfit access to all orders, otherwise Shopify’s last 60 days. They count in revenue and profit and are never sent to ad networks.
  • Google Ads receives purchases from orders placed after the connection, uploaded about 6 hours after the ad click at the earliest, and usually shows the first purchases 24 to 48 hours after the first upload.
  • A Shopify test order counts like a real order: it is sent to every connected ad network and counts in reports and toward the order allowance.

Avoid double purchase events while both tools run

Adding WeProfit adds a purchase sender for each network you connect. If your store already sends purchases to that network, through another app, the Facebook & Instagram channel or theme code, the network can count a sale twice, because each sender uses its own event IDs. Before you connect a destination in WeProfit, list every tool that sends purchases to it and keep one purchase sender per destination.

WeProfit sends each order’s purchase once to each destination, from its server, with an ID built from the order. On Shopify its app embed loads only the Meta pixels you connect in WeProfit, and Google’s tag only for the Google accounts you connect, so you can move one network at a time.

A Shopify test order is sent like a real order, so while two tools send to the same network, a test purchase reaches both tools’ destinations.
