TrackBee and WeProfit at a glance
Both tools send Shopify store events to ad networks from a server. They differ in what they charge for, how long you can try them, which destinations they list and how they package attribution and profit.
TrackBee is a trademark of its owner. WeProfit is not affiliated with TrackBee. Prices and features are as published by TrackBee on October 28, 2026. Check TrackBee’s site for current details.

When TrackBee may suit you better
Based on what TrackBee’s own pages list, it may suit you better if:
- You want a longer trial without a card. TrackBee’s trial runs 30 days without a credit card and starts when you connect your first ad account; its help center says that when it ends, TrackBee charges only if you chose a plan and entered payment details. WeProfit’s trial is 14 days and starts when you approve a Shopify subscription, which Shopify bills every 30 days after the trial until you uninstall WeProfit.
- You want one subscription for several stores. TrackBee’s Start covers up to 2 stores, Pro up to 4 and Scale up to 6, with extra stores on Pro and Scale at €49 or $49 per month each. WeProfit is priced per store.
- Your order values are low and your order count is high. Because TrackBee prices by tracked revenue, 3,500 orders of $10 a month ($35,000 of tracked revenue) cost $79 + 10 × $6 = $139 on Start in its US dollar view, against $149 for WeProfit Pro (up to 7,500 orders, before applicable taxes), as published on October 28, 2026.
- You want destinations beyond ad networks, or ChatGPT Ads. TrackBee lists ChatGPT Ads, Klaviyo for browse, cart and checkout abandonment events, and Calendly bookings sent as lead events. WeProfit sends conversions to its 10 ad networks, ChatGPT Ads is not one of them, and it lists no email or SMS destinations.
- You sell through a custom checkout on Shopify that TrackBee lists, such as Lasso, Vertium Scale or CheckyPro, or run Funnelish pages that link to your store.
- You want ad platforms to bid on profit. For each order, TrackBee subtracts the Shopify product costs and sends the result to Meta, Google Ads and Snapchat as the conversion value, in a separate event or conversion action next to the purchase.
When WeProfit may suit you better
Based on the same published terms, WeProfit may suit you better if:
- You want a price set by your order count, whatever your order value. WeProfit’s plans run from $19 per month per store for up to 300 orders to $149 for up to 7,500, in US dollars before applicable taxes.
- You want every feature without an add-on. Every WeProfit plan includes conversion tracking, all 10 ad networks, attribution, profit tracking, the developer API and the AI assistant connection; plans differ only by monthly order allowance. TrackBee says nothing is locked behind a higher tier, and lists Insights as an add-on at €19.99 per month excl. VAT, or $19.99, on top of an active plan.
- You want payment fees and shipping in your profit numbers on every plan. WeProfit calculates net profit as revenue minus refunds, taxes, product costs, payment fees, shipping, and ad spend, in every plan. TrackBee says the profit value it sends to ad platforms is based on product costs today, and that its Products dashboard, which also counts shipping, payment fees and pick-and-pack, is in beta for a limited number of stores.
- You run a WooCommerce store and want to try the WeProfit WooCommerce beta. TrackBee says it supports only Shopify; WeProfit has a WordPress plugin for WooCommerce in beta, and support confirms access for your store.
What WeProfit does and does not do
WeProfit receives each order through Shopify order webhooks, or the WooCommerce plugin (beta), and sends supported conversion events to each connected destination from its own servers, with a delivery log per network. All 10 ad networks are in every plan: Meta, Google (Google Ads and Google Analytics 4), TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, X Ads, Microsoft (pilot), Reddit, LinkedIn and Taboola.
Each order gets a confidence label (exact, strong, inferred or none) and is credited like last click with a 30-day ad-click lookback. WeProfit calculates net profit as revenue minus refunds, taxes, product costs, payment fees, shipping, and ad spend. Taxes are the sales tax or VAT your customers paid, minus any refunded part. Every plan also includes the developer API and a read-only AI assistant connection for MCP-compatible assistants.
What WeProfit does not do:
- No selectable multi-touch models, no split credit and no view-through credit.
- No email or SMS destinations: conversions go to ad networks.
- No spend at ad set or ad level: spend, ROAS, POAS and profit after ads stop at campaign level.
- No automated spend sync for Snapchat, X Ads, Microsoft (pilot), Reddit, LinkedIn or Taboola; that spend can be added by hand, as a daily schedule or through the developer API.
- No overhead in profit: rent, salaries, software subscriptions, income taxes and other overhead are not included, so it is not a full accounting system.
- No free plan, no annual plan and no published price above 7,500 orders a month.
- Orders placed before you installed WeProfit are never sent to ad networks, and Microsoft delivery is a pilot that requires enablement.
- No guarantee of complete attribution, a particular advertising return or matching totals across ad platforms.
Plans and prices side by side
TrackBee prices by tracked revenue, the revenue of the orders it processes for your store in a month: each plan includes an amount, and revenue above it is charged per 1K at the plan’s rate. Its pricing page shows euros, excluding VAT, to visitors in Europe and the same numbers in US dollars elsewhere; its Shopify App Store listing says all charges are billed in USD every 30 days.
WeProfit prices by monthly orders per store, in US dollars, before applicable taxes, billed through Shopify every 30 days; above 7,500 orders a month, contact support@weprofit.com for a custom plan. WeProfit counts stored orders in the cycle, not only ad-attributed purchases: refunded orders count toward the allowance, cancelled orders do not, and Shopify test orders count like real orders.
| Plan | Price | Included each month | Above the allowance | Stores | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| TrackBee Start | €79 excl. VAT, or $79 USD | €25K or $25K of tracked revenue | €6 per €1K, or $6 per $1K | Up to 2 | TrackBee pricing page |
| TrackBee Pro | €199 excl. VAT, or $199 USD | €100K or $100K of tracked revenue | €1 per €1K, or $1 per $1K | Up to 4, then €49 or $49 per month each | TrackBee pricing page |
| TrackBee Scale | €449 excl. VAT, or $449 USD | €500K or $500K of tracked revenue | €0.75 per €1K, or $0.75 per $1K | Up to 6, then €49 or $49 per month each | TrackBee pricing page |
| WeProfit Starter | $19 USD | Up to 300 orders | No per-order fee; reads can be restricted after a complete covered cycle over the allowance | 1 (priced per store) | WeProfit pricing page |
| WeProfit Growth | $39 USD | Up to 1,000 orders | No per-order fee; reads can be restricted after a complete covered cycle over the allowance | 1 (priced per store) | WeProfit pricing page |
| WeProfit Scale | $79 USD | Up to 3,000 orders | No per-order fee; reads can be restricted after a complete covered cycle over the allowance | 1 (priced per store) | WeProfit pricing page |
| WeProfit Pro | $149 USD | Up to 7,500 orders | No per-order fee; reads can be restricted after a complete covered cycle over the allowance | 1 (priced per store) | WeProfit pricing page |
Trial, billing and other plan terms
Beyond the plan price, these terms change what you pay and what you commit to.
| Term | TrackBee | WeProfit |
|---|---|---|
| Free trial | 30 days, without a credit card, from the moment you connect your first ad account (pricing page). When it ends, TrackBee charges only if you chose a plan and entered payment details; otherwise the account is frozen and tracking stops (help center). | 14 days. You approve a Shopify subscription to start it; after the trial, Shopify bills the plan every 30 days until you uninstall WeProfit. Each shop gets one trial, and reinstalling does not restart it. |
| Going over the allowance | Extra tracked revenue is charged at the plan’s rate and nothing is cut off (pricing page). TrackBee checks tracked revenue daily and moves you up a tier when that costs less than your plan plus the extra fees; on by default, can be switched off (help center). | No per-order overage fee. A paying subscription keeps collecting data and forwarding eligible events above the allowance, and reports stay available during that cycle. If a complete covered cycle ends over the allowance, reports, exports and developer API reads can be restricted until you choose a plan that covers your volume. Notices go out at 80% and 95% of the cap. |
| Add-ons | Insights: €19.99 per month excl. VAT, or $19.99, on top of an active plan (pricing page); it runs in Claude or ChatGPT and needs a paid AI plan, such as Claude Pro or higher (help center) | None: every plan includes every feature |
| Taxes | Euro prices exclude VAT; the US dollar view shows no VAT line (pricing page) | Prices exclude applicable taxes |
| How you pay | All charges billed in USD, every 30 days (Shopify App Store listing) | Through Shopify Billing, on your Shopify invoice, every 30 days |
| Ending the subscription | Cancel in account settings; it stays active until the end of the billing period (help center) | Uninstall WeProfit from your Shopify admin to end the Shopify app subscription |
Monthly cost at a few order counts and order values
TrackBee’s price depends on tracked revenue, so any comparison needs an assumed order value. The examples use TrackBee’s US dollar prices as its pricing page shows them (that view has no VAT line), WeProfit’s prices before applicable taxes, and the order value on each row, for one store, as published on October 28, 2026. The math: plan price plus (tracked revenue above the included amount / 1,000) × the plan’s rate, on the plan that costs least at that revenue; TrackBee’s automatic upgrades move a subscription up a tier when that tier costs less.
Which costs less depends on your order count, order value and currency. In TrackBee’s Europe view the same numbers apply in euros, excluding VAT, so 1,000 orders of €50 each would cost €199 on Pro, while WeProfit’s prices stay in US dollars and the exchange rate also matters. For several stores, TrackBee’s plans include up to 2, 4 or 6 stores, while WeProfit is priced per store: two stores with up to 300 orders each are 2 × $19 = $38 per 30-day cycle.
| Orders a month and order value | Tracked revenue | TrackBee (US dollar prices) | WeProfit |
|---|---|---|---|
| 300 orders at $50 | $15,000 | Start: $79 (within $25K) | Starter: $19 |
| 1,000 orders at $50 | $50,000 | Pro: $199 (Start would be $79 + 25 × $6 = $229) | Growth: $39 |
| 3,000 orders at $50 | $150,000 | Pro: $199 + 50 × $1 = $249 | Scale: $79 |
| 7,500 orders at $50 | $375,000 | Scale: $449 (Pro would be $199 + 275 × $1 = $474) | Pro: $149 |
| 1,000 orders at $100 | $100,000 | Pro: $199 (within $100K) | Growth: $39 |
| 2,500 orders at $10 | $25,000 | Start: $79 (within $25K) | Scale: $79 |
| 3,500 orders at $10 | $35,000 | Start: $79 + 10 × $6 = $139 | Pro: $149 |
Store platforms and destinations, as each lists them
The lists below are as each company publishes them. If a network you use is missing from TrackBee’s list, ask TrackBee: this page only reports what its pages state.
TrackBee says every plan gets all 19 integrations, with nothing locked behind a higher tier: 8 ad platforms, 2 AI assistants, 1 email and SMS tool, 1 analytics tool, 1 lead tracking tool, 1 funnel tool, 4 storefront and checkout integrations and 1 subscriptions tool. WeProfit includes all 10 ad networks in every plan.
| What | TrackBee | WeProfit |
|---|---|---|
| Store platforms | Shopify only, by its own statement | Shopify; WooCommerce in beta (contact support to confirm access) |
| Ad networks | Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Snapchat Ads, Microsoft Ads and ChatGPT Ads, plus Whop Ads for reporting only | Meta, Google (Google Ads and Google Analytics 4), TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, X Ads, Microsoft (pilot), Reddit, LinkedIn and Taboola |
| Google Analytics 4 | Events sent through the Measurement Protocol | Events sent through the Measurement Protocol, as one of Google’s two connections |
| Email and leads | Klaviyo browse, cart and checkout abandonment events; Calendly bookings sent as lead events to Meta, Google, TikTok and Pinterest | None: WeProfit sends conversions to ad networks and lists no email or SMS destinations |
| Subscription renewals | Juo renewals held back from ad platforms; other apps by order tag | Subscription renewals are never sent to ad networks; they still count in revenue and profit |
| Microsoft | Listed; its help center says Microsoft’s Conversions API is in beta and must first be enabled for your account by Microsoft | A pilot that requires enablement; contact support to confirm it |
Attribution and profit, as each describes them
Both describe a last-touch view of each order. TrackBee’s help center lists attribution among every plan’s features and shows each order’s Source (last touch), TrackBee says it is not a multi-touch attribution suite, and its Insights add-on adds cross-platform attribution answers inside Claude or ChatGPT. WeProfit attribution works like last click with a 30-day ad-click lookback, with a confidence label on each order and no selectable multi-touch models.
Their profit features work differently. TrackBee subtracts the product costs from Shopify, or a fallback percentage you set, from each order and sends the result to Meta, Google Ads and Snapchat as the conversion value. It says that value is based on product costs today; a Products dashboard that also counts shipping, payment fees and pick-and-pack is in beta for a limited number of stores, and profit per campaign is in Insights.
WeProfit calculates net profit as revenue minus refunds, taxes, product costs, payment fees, shipping, and ad spend. Spend syncs from connected Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and Pinterest ad accounts, and profit after ads, ROAS and POAS go down to campaign level; POAS uses profit before ad spend divided by ad spend.
Test a switch with one known order during the 14-day trial
You approve a Shopify subscription to start WeProfit’s 14-day free trial; after the trial, Shopify bills the plan every 30 days until you uninstall WeProfit, and each shop gets one trial. Use those 14 days to follow one order from your store to each ad network before you move your sending.
- Create your WeProfit account, enter your store address, select Connect Shopify, and approve the authorization and the subscription.
- Select Open theme editor, enable the WeProfit app embed and select Save. Visit your storefront, add an item to the cart, then select Refresh on the Installation page and check for Connected, Web pixel installed: Yes and App embed: Active.
- Run Verify your installation, then review your orders, attribution and profit before you connect any ad network: WeProfit sends to a network only after you connect that destination.
- Pick the first network to move, decide which tool sends its purchases (see the next section), then connect and enable that destination in WeProfit.
- Place a permitted test purchase or wait for a real order you can identify, and record its order ID, paid status, time, currency and total in Shopify.
- Find the order in WeProfit and inspect its linked session and confidence label, then check the intended pixel or destination, the event ID, the delivery status and any error in that network’s delivery log.
- In the ad network, check the conversion action, reporting date and attribution settings. A successful send does not mean the network credits the order to an ad. Then repeat for the next network.
- Orders placed before you installed WeProfit are imported for revenue and profit, the whole history when Shopify grants WeProfit access to all orders, otherwise Shopify’s last 60 days, and are never sent to ad networks.
- Google Ads gets purchases from orders placed after its connection, uploaded about 6 hours after the ad click at the earliest; the first purchases usually show 24 to 48 hours after the first upload.
- A Shopify test order counts like a real order: it reaches every connected ad network and counts toward the order allowance.
Avoid double purchase events while both tools run
Two tools can submit the same purchase to the same destination, each with its own event IDs, and the network can then count a sale twice. Before you connect a destination in WeProfit, list every tool that sends purchases to it, TrackBee included, and keep one purchase sender per destination.
WeProfit sends each order’s purchase from its server only; to a Meta pixel it sends each order’s Purchase once, with an event ID built from the order. On Shopify its app embed loads only the Meta pixels you connect in WeProfit, and Google’s tag only for the Google accounts you connect, so you can move one network at a time. A Shopify test order is sent like a real order, so a test purchase made while two tools are connected reaches both tools’ destinations.
| Destination | Keep single | In WeProfit |
|---|---|---|
| Meta | One browser sender and one purchase sender per Pixel ID | To use WeProfit for a Pixel ID, stop other apps, the Facebook & Instagram channel and theme code from sending to it; to keep another sender, do not connect that Pixel ID in WeProfit. |
| Google Ads | One primary purchase action | WeProfit lists the other primary purchase actions and switches the ones you tick to secondary. |
| Google Analytics 4 | Each sale counted once per property | Let WeProfit add the Google Analytics 4 tag only after you turn off every other one for that property, or keep your own tag and choose the Order identifier it reports. |
| TikTok | One purchase sender per pixel | Compare a test purchase in TikTok Events Manager with the WeProfit delivery log. |
| One purchase sender per ad account | Compare a test purchase in Pinterest Ads Manager with the WeProfit delivery log. | |
| Snapchat | One purchase sender per Snap Pixel, unless you have confirmed the IDs match | Compare a test purchase in Snapchat Ads Manager with the WeProfit delivery log. |
| Microsoft | Review existing UET purchase tracking before adding another sender | Contact support to confirm pilot enablement. |
