When wetracked.io may suit you better

Based on what wetracked.io’s own pages list, it may suit you better if:

  • You run several stores and want one plan to cover them. wetracked.io’s Starter includes up to 3 stores, Business up to 5, Scale-up up to 10 and Enterprise unlimited stores. WeProfit is priced per store, so each store has its own plan.
  • You want annual billing. wetracked.io’s pricing page has an Annually tab with 20% off. WeProfit lists monthly prices only and publishes no annual plan.
  • Your store runs on WooCommerce, which wetracked.io lists next to Shopify while WeProfit’s WooCommerce integration is in beta, or you sell through a checkout or funnel tool that wetracked.io lists: Funnelish, Checkify, CheckoutChamp, BetterCart, UnifyCheckout, Sticky.io Checkout or EUCheckout. WeProfit connects Shopify stores.
  • You want Klaviyo as a destination. wetracked.io lists a Klaviyo integration for email marketing. WeProfit sends conversions to ad networks and lists no email or SMS destinations.
  • You want reports per ad and per creative. wetracked.io lists Creative Analytics (Beta) from its Business plan with monthly billing and on every plan with annual billing, with ROAS, CPA and revenue for every campaign, ad set and ad. WeProfit does not include creative analytics, and its spend, ROAS, POAS and profit after ads stop at campaign level.

When WeProfit may suit you better

Based on the same published terms, WeProfit may suit you better if:

  • You run one Shopify store with up to 300 orders a month. WeProfit Starter is $19 per month per store, before applicable taxes. wetracked.io’s Starter is $49 per month with monthly billing, or $39.2 per month on its Annually tab (20% off), covers up to 500 orders and up to 3 stores, and its terms add VAT where it applies. Both in US dollars, as published on October 28, 2026.
  • You run one store with up to 1,000 orders a month. WeProfit Growth is $39 per month per store, before applicable taxes. The smallest wetracked.io plan whose allowance covers 1,000 orders is Business, at $149 per month with monthly billing ($119.2 per month on its Annually tab) for up to 3,000 orders and up to 5 stores. Its terms also provide for extra charges above a plan’s orders, at a rate the pages we checked do not publish, so a smaller plan plus extra orders is not priced here.
  • You want every feature in the smallest plan. Every WeProfit plan includes conversion tracking, all 10 ad networks, attribution, profit tracking, the developer API and the AI assistant connection; plans differ only by monthly order allowance.
  • You want no per-order overage fee. WeProfit charges none. If a complete covered cycle ends over the allowance, dashboard reports, exports and developer API reads can be restricted until you choose a plan that covers your order volume.

What WeProfit does and does not do

WeProfit receives each order through Shopify order webhooks, or the WooCommerce plugin (beta), and sends supported conversion events to each connected destination from its own servers, with a delivery log per network. All 10 ad networks are in every plan: Meta, Google (Google Ads and Google Analytics 4), TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, X Ads, Microsoft (pilot), Reddit, LinkedIn and Taboola.

Each order gets a confidence label (exact, strong, inferred or none) and is credited like last click with a 30-day ad-click lookback. WeProfit calculates net profit as revenue minus refunds, taxes, product costs, payment fees, shipping, and ad spend. Taxes are the sales tax or VAT your customers paid, minus any refunded part. Every plan also includes the developer API and a read-only AI assistant connection for MCP-compatible assistants.

What WeProfit does not do:

  • No selectable multi-touch models, no split credit and no view-through credit.
  • No email or SMS destinations: conversions go to ad networks.
  • No creative analytics, and no spend at ad set or ad level: spend, ROAS, POAS and profit after ads stop at campaign level.
  • No automated spend sync for Snapchat, X Ads, Microsoft (pilot), Reddit, LinkedIn or Taboola; that spend can be added by hand, as a daily schedule or through the developer API.
  • No overhead in profit: rent, salaries, software subscriptions, income taxes and other overhead are not included, so it is not a full accounting system.
  • No free plan, no annual plan and no published price above 7,500 orders a month.
  • Orders placed before you installed WeProfit are never sent to ad networks, and Microsoft delivery is a pilot that requires enablement.
  • No guarantee of complete attribution, a particular advertising return or matching totals across ad platforms.

Plans and prices side by side

Both companies publish monthly prices in US dollars and set an order allowance per plan; wetracked.io also sets a store limit per plan, while WeProfit prices each store separately. WeProfit’s prices exclude applicable taxes, and wetracked.io’s terms add VAT on top of its listed prices where it applies.

WeProfit counts stored orders in the cycle, not only ad-attributed purchases: refunded orders count toward the allowance, cancelled orders do not, and Shopify test orders count like real orders.

Overage, billing and trial terms

The plan price is only part of the cost. This is how each company handles orders above the plan, annual billing, payment, the trial and ending a subscription.

Plan terms as published on October 28, 2026
Termwetracked.ioWeProfit
Orders above the allowanceExtra charges for order usage above the chosen plan, due at the end of the billing period and charged with the next period’s fee (terms of service). The rate is not covered on the pages we checked. No per-order overage fee. A paying subscription keeps collecting data and forwarding eligible events above the allowance, and reports stay available during that cycle. If a complete covered cycle ends over the allowance, reports, exports and developer API reads can be restricted until you choose a plan that covers your volume. Notices go out at 80% and 95% of the cap.
Annual billingThe pricing page’s Annually tab shows Starter at $39.2, Business at $119.2 and Scale-up at $199.2 per month (20% off)Monthly prices only; no annual plan

Monthly cost for one store at a few order volumes

Both companies price by monthly orders, so the same volumes line up directly. Each figure is the monthly price of the smallest plan whose order allowance covers the volume, for one store, with monthly billing, in US dollars before taxes, as published on October 28, 2026. With annual billing, wetracked.io’s pricing page shows Starter, Business and Scale-up at $39.2, $119.2 and $199.2 per month (20% off); WeProfit has no annual plan. Staying on a smaller wetracked.io plan and paying for extra orders is not priced here, because the pages we checked do not publish that rate.

For several stores the math changes. WeProfit is priced per store: three stores with up to 300 orders each are 3 × $19 = $57 per 30-day cycle. wetracked.io’s Starter includes up to 3 stores and up to 500 orders a month for $49; the pages we checked do not say whether that allowance is shared across the stores, so ask wetracked.io before you compare multi-store costs.

Store platforms and destinations, as each lists them

The lists below are as each company publishes them. If a network you use is missing from wetracked.io’s list, ask wetracked.io: this page only reports what its pages state.

wetracked.io’s pricing FAQ says it tracks events server-side, and its help center says it uses the Conversions API systems found in most ad platforms; its setup guides for networks such as Meta and TikTok ask for a Conversions API or Events API access token. WeProfit builds each Shopify purchase from the order webhook and sends it from its own server.

Attribution, ad spend and profit, as each describes them

wetracked.io’s help center says its reporting section uses a last-click attribution model and relies on UTM parameters to identify which ad set converted (article updated March 11, 2026). Its pricing page lists a Pulse Dashboard on every plan, which its help center describes as connected to a Meta ad account (article updated June 18, 2026). Its Creative Analytics page, a feature its pricing page marks as Beta, compares Meta, Google and TikTok in one view, with ROAS, CPA and revenue for every campaign, ad set and ad.

In WeProfit an ad click counts for 30 days, the same window for every network, and the most recent ad click wins; each order counts once, in one channel and at most one campaign. Channel attribution needs no URL template, and the WeProfit URL template adds campaign names and ad-level detail.

For profit, WeProfit uses the Cost per item it imports from Shopify, costs you enter by hand or by CSV, or a default percentage of the price, plus one payment fee rule and one shipping rule. Spend comes from connected Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and Pinterest ad accounts or from manual entries.

Test a switch with one known order during the 14-day trial

You approve a Shopify subscription to start WeProfit’s 14-day free trial; after the trial, Shopify bills the plan every 30 days until you uninstall WeProfit, and each shop gets one trial. Use those 14 days to follow one order from your store to each ad network before you move your sending.

  1. Create your WeProfit account, enter your store address, select Connect Shopify, and approve the authorization and the subscription.
  2. Select Open theme editor, enable the WeProfit app embed and select Save. Visit your storefront, add an item to the cart, then select Refresh on the Installation page and check for Connected, Web pixel installed: Yes and App embed: Active.
  3. Run Verify your installation, then review your orders, attribution and profit before you connect any ad network: WeProfit sends to a network only after you connect that destination.
  4. Pick the first network to move, decide which tool sends its purchases (see the next section), then connect and enable that destination in WeProfit.
  5. Place a permitted test purchase or wait for a real order you can identify, and record its order ID, paid status, time, currency and total in Shopify.
  6. Find the order in WeProfit and inspect its linked session and confidence label, then check the intended pixel or destination, the event ID, the delivery status and any error in that network’s delivery log.
  7. In the ad network, check the conversion action, reporting date and attribution settings. A successful send does not mean the network credits the order to an ad. Then repeat for the next network.
  • Orders placed before you installed WeProfit are imported for revenue and profit, the whole history when Shopify grants WeProfit access to all orders, otherwise Shopify’s last 60 days, and are never sent to ad networks.
  • Google Ads gets purchases from orders placed after its connection, uploaded about 6 hours after the ad click at the earliest; the first purchases usually show 24 to 48 hours after the first upload.
  • A Shopify test order counts like a real order: it reaches every connected ad network and counts toward the order allowance.

Avoid double purchase events while both tools run

Two tools can submit the same purchase to the same destination, each with its own event IDs, and the network can then count a sale twice. Before you connect a destination in WeProfit, list every tool that sends purchases to it, wetracked.io included, and keep one purchase sender per destination.

WeProfit sends each order’s purchase from its server only; to a Meta pixel it sends each order’s Purchase once, with an event ID built from the order. On Shopify its app embed loads only the Meta pixels you connect in WeProfit, and Google’s tag only for the Google accounts you connect, so you can move one network at a time. A Shopify test order is sent like a real order, so a test purchase made while two tools are connected reaches both tools’ destinations.
